Pineapple Lokshen Kugel 

 

24 oz medium egg noodles

12 eggs

1 cup oil

1 can crushed pineapple

2 cup sugar

¾ teaspoon cinnamon

1-1/2 teaspoon salt  

             

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Makes 2 (9x3) pans –freeze raw and then bake in oven straight from the freezer
