Topanga Kosher Pickle Recipe:

cucumbers/picklesĀ  enough to fill your jar

3 cloves of garlic

3 laurel bay leaves

4 stalks of dill

1Tablespoon of pickling spice

then mix

4 cups boiling water

1/4 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup vinegar

and fill your jar to the top

Seal jar and leave on the counter for 8-9 days
