Lesson 1
You put your home for sale, however you know that the roof will collapse soon, even though it looks fine from the outside. Do you have an obligation to disclose that to potential buyers? You find a diamond in a garage sale for $1, and it's worth $1 million. Do you have an obligation to disclose that to the seller?

The rich have money, the poor have welfare, but who should care for the working class? Are employers responsible for the welfare of their employees? What does Judaism say about paying a living wage? What do you think?

You lent someone money that they can't repay now. Is it ethical for them to discharge the debt? Are they morally obligated to pay you back if they ever have the funds? What’s your opinion on declaring bankruptcy?

After purchasing a ticket for a ball game, can you move to an unoccupied, higher- priced seat? Do you think it's right for a customer to make use of your time and expertise while intending to buy somewhere else? What could be wrong with scanning a barcode in a store to compare with online prices?
