Crossing the bridge, you'll be struck by the uniquely Topangan mid-century industrial design. You'll come to your spacious (about 800 sf), well-equipped 1-bedroom guest house on a private retreat surrounded by old Oaks.
While the long driveway brings you to a secluded natural setting, the property is on Old Topanga Canyon Road with easy access to trails, Topanga's studios and boutiques, beaches in Malibu, and restaurants and shops in Santa Monica and Calabasas.

Separate from the main residence, the guest house has:

a living room area with TV with high-speed wifi for smooth streaming and a queen sleeper sofa
queen bed in a separate sleeping area (elevated, so must be able to go up a few steps to it)

nature whether sipping your morning coffee or listening to the crickets and the other sounds of the forest at night

The bed is elevated, so guests need to be able to go up a few steps to the bed.
