Red Eggplant

3 eggplant, cut up

3 cans tomato sauce

3 squirts ketchup

1 tsp pepper

6 Tbsp sugar

3 Tbs vinegar

3 tsp garlic powder

3 tsp salt

1-3 tsp cumin

heat oil, add eggplant, add rest of ingredients

simmer until very soft (1 hour or more)
