Challah Recipe
Mix 7 1/2 tsp of dry yeast with 4 cups of warm water
Add 2 eggs, 1 cup oil
Add 1/2 bag of flour
mix
add 2 T salt and 1 cup sugar
add flour until the dough isn't sticky
knead for 15 minutes
let rise until it doubles in bulk
take an egg sized portion off and recite blessing
"Boruch Atah Adonai Elohenu Melech HAolam Asher kidishanu Bmitzvotav vitzivanu lihafrish challah"
Burn and then discard
braid challah dough
let loaves rise 1/2 hour
place in oven at 350 until golden brown
